This monthly ongoing package will ensure your online course is kept up-to-date and running smoothly.

➤ Student Support: providing technical and course support to students and responding to their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
➤ Instructor Support: providing support to instructors who are teaching the courses, such as answering their questions, creating and uploading content, if required.
